Our Epoflex MMA is a flexible, liquid-applied podium deck coating designed for critical interfaces. This coating is typically applied to perimeter edge details where brickwork or façade meets the substrate.

Perimeter Edge Detail: Applied before brickwork installation to ensure a seamless waterproof barrier.
Main Podium Slabs: Coated at a later stage, ensuring the entire deck is protected.
Internal corners pose a significant challenge in waterproofing due to the difficulty of achieving a perfect 90-degree application. To mitigate this risk, we install a 50×50 millimetre mortar fillet at internal corners using HBR techniques. This removes the risk of insufficient coating application, ensuring a robust waterproof barrier.
