With a rich history spanning over 40 years, we have built a reputation for providing the construction industry with high-quality structural waterproofing, gas protection, concrete repair, technical grouts, joint sealants, protective coatings, and admixtures. Beginning this year, we embarked on an exciting new chapter by rebranding from our former identity, FIS Products.
The Tuffin family, acquired the business in 2005, then known as Factory Improvement Supplies (FIS), established in 1986 was a distributor of many varying leading brands in the industry, however we recognized the need for a brand that more accurately represented our core values and the innovative solutions we offer.
The Journey Begins
Our rebranding journey started when the introduction of Premcrete as our own brand products took place in 2007, and as we have evolved into a manufacturer and distributor of our own brand entirely, we felt the time was right to consolidate our holding company ‘Seymour Global Ltd’, trading as ‘FIS Products’ into one single Identity, ‘Premcrete’ Ltd.
The strategic move involved a simple name change at Companies house, so this represents no issues in terms of the supply chain agreements we already have in place, and has been met with overwhelming support from our customers and partners, who have embraced the new brand and recognized our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Throughout this transition, we have remained steadfast in our dedication to three core values: Integrity, Passion, and Innovation. These values have guided us in every decision we make and have helped us maintain our position as a trusted partner in the construction industry.
